How It Works

Transparency & Product Expectations

All Pemagear products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. Product images displayed on our website are digital mockups created to represent the final design. Due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, and the printing process, slight variations in color, print placement, or scale may occur. These variations are a normal part of custom production.

Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

We are committed to resolving any customer concern fairly and promptly. For quality issues, damaged items, or fulfillment errors, we offer a free replacement or full refund — no return shipment required. While our policies outline standard procedures, we understand that every situation is unique and are willing to review cases individually to ensure a positive experience.
