B. Payment Processing & Order Confirmation

  1. How payment works
    Add items to your cart → Proceed to checkout → Enter billing & shipping details → Select payment method and complete the transaction.
    You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful.
  2. When you are charged
    Your card or PayPal account is charged immediately upon order completion. If payment fails, the order will not be processed.

C. Payment Security

  • All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
  • We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

D. Common Payment Issues & Solutions

  1. Payment declined

  2. Duplicate charge
    Some charges may appear as pending. Wait up to 24 hours. If the issue persists, contact us with your order number.
  3. No confirmation email
    Check your spam/junk folder. If not received within 2 hours, please contact support.

E. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds and returns are processed according to our Refund & Return Policy. For quality issues, defective items, or our errors, we offer full refunds (including original shipping fees) or free replacements as outlined in our Refund Policy.
