Shipping Policy

At Pemagear, we strive to deliver your custom-made order quickly and reliably. All products are print-on-demand, produced after your order is placed by our trusted partners (primarily in Vietnam, China, Mexico, or other locations based on destination).

A. Production & Processing Time

5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
Multi-item orders may ship separately.

B. Shipping Rates

  • USA: $7.95 flat rate
  • International (Canada, UK, Australia): $9.95 flat rate
  • Additional fees may apply for remote areas, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

C. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons (we recommend ordering early for holidays!).

D. Tracking & Carriers

We use reliable carriers such as YunExpress, Yanwen, China Post, USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, or Australia Post.
A tracking number will be emailed automatically once your order ships. Updates may take 3–5 days for international orders.

E. International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in our shipping cost and are non-refundable.

F. Important Notes

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
  • We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed items.
