Note: Pemagear operates as a print-on-demand (made-to-order) business. Products are not held in stock and are individually produced after each order is placed. This model allows us to offer a wide variety of unique designs while minimizing waste.

Pemagear is a U.S.-registered business. Our products are custom-made by trusted fulfillment partners located in the United States, Vietnam, and other regions, depending on product type and optimal production routing. Orders are shipped directly from the fulfillment center to your door.

Our registered business address in North Bend, WA is used for business correspondence only and does not represent a warehouse or fulfillment center.

Handling Time (Production/Processing)

  • 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Multi-item orders may ship separately for faster delivery.

Shipping Rates

  • USA: $7.95 flat rate
  • International (Canada, UK, Australia): $9.95 flat rate
  • Additional fees may apply for remote areas, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses – exact amount shown at checkout. No hidden fees otherwise.

Estimated Delivery Times (Business Days Only)

  • USA: 7–10 business days transit → Total 12–17 business days
  • International: 10–17 business days transit → Total 15–24 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons – we recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment!

Tracking & Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, and Australia Post. For international shipments, orders may also be carried by YunExpress or Yanwen to ensure efficient global delivery.

A tracking number will be emailed automatically once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 3–5 days to appear for international orders.

Important Notes

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or additional fees.
  • International orders: You are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees (non-refundable).
  • Peak season delays are possible – order early to avoid disappointment!
